CURRENTLY ACCEPTING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR CHRISTMAS SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
The program aims to enhance empowerment and resilience in children aged 7 to 12 through a single, intensive 90-min session that integrates expressive arts, drama therapy, mindfulness practices, and play therapy. The session is designed to help children express their emotions, recognise their strengths, and connect with their peers in a supportive environment.

This program aims to foster emotional well-being and social connection through Guerrilla Art and Random Acts of Kindness, focusing on adolescents and young adults who experience anxiety and low self-esteem. Integrating creative expression and kind actions aims to build confidence and community.
